With over 32 years of comprehensive experience in the banking sector, Mr. Anuj M. Timilsina has traversed various roles, progressing from an officer to ultimately serving as the CEO of a prominent commercial bank in Nepal. He possesses a proven track record of effective leadership, steering teams towards success, and fostering growth within the banking landscape. Upon completing his banking tenure, Mr. Timilsina has embarked on a new journey by starting his consultancy service.

Mr. Timilsina showcases his proficiency in project designing, financial planning, and budgeting, ensuring astute financial management aligned with organizational objectives. Grounded in an entrepreneurial spirit, he brings an innovative mindset to banking, constantly seeking new avenues for growth and sustainable development.

DIRECTOR

Mr. Khanal is a qualified chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in the year 2013 & a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN). He is also commerce graduate from Indira Ghandhi National Open University (IGNOU), India and has certification degree of Diploma in International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS) from Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), UK.

He is currently working as Managing Partner in M/s U.V. Associates, Chartered Accountants, a CA firm based in Kathmandu. Mr. Khanal is Co-founder and Chairman of Miyo Securities P. Ltd., a securities broker firm (Broker no.66) licensed by Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON). Mr, Khanal has previously worked as Group C.F.O. in one of the Industrial Group in Nepal.

CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT

Mr. Shahi is a qualified chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in the year 2013 and a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN). He is also a commerce graduate from Tribhuvan University, Nepal. He was trained as a Chartered Accountant in one of the most prestigious Big Four firms, Price Waterhouse Coopers (PwC), India where he worked for four and a half years. He also worked with prestigious firm CSC & Co., Chartered Accountants in Nepal.

After his wonderful career with prestigious CA firms, he started his own practice in 2016 with an objective to share his experience and expertise. He is currently working as Partner in M/s U.V. Associates, Chartered Accountants, a CA firm based in Kathmandu.
